How to share an image from Drawable folder?

To share an image in drawable folder of your sketchware android project, first save the image in app cache and then share the saved image using it's Uri. The code to be used is provided below.

1. First add the image (my_image.jpg) to be shared in your Sketchware android project using image manager.

2. Add a Button button1 which will act as share button.

3. In event button1 onClick, use add source directly block and add following code:

java.io.File file=new java.io.File(path);

4. Save and run the project. Now you can share the image my_image.jpg by clicking button1.

Note that R.drawable.my_image is the image which will be shared. Change it as per your image.

How to enable upload from webview in Sketchware?

Now that Sketchware has a block to add java code directly in the project, it is possible to enable file upload in webview. To enable file upload in webview in sketchware app, follow the steps given below. 1. Insert a webview in VIEW area in the sketchware project. Note the ID of webview, usually it is webview1 . 2.  To create a DrawingView with undo button, follow the instructions given below. 1. Create a new project in Sketchware. 2. In main.xml , add a LinearLayout linear1 with height wrap_content, weight 1, and padding 0. The calendar Format block in Sketchware provides a space where we can write the format in which we want the date or time to be displayed. We can use various symbols to construct our own custom date format. Here is a list of valid symbols along with their use which can be used in Sketchware for formatting the date/calendar.
